Hi.

Welcome to my blog! I'm Nicole, and I love all things fashion. My goal is to find a marriage between high style and a low budget. I aim to look great but keep things affordable so that I can live my best life while saving my pennies. Here I will show you how to do both! Follow along, wont you!?

Short Shorts in Cabo...... 02/17/17

Hat : old, similar here // Sunglasses : Le Specs // Top : Hollister, similar here and here   // Shorts : MinkPink // Shoes : Forever 21 // Bag : J. Crew, similar here      It is still taking me a minute to adjust to the fact that I don't get to wake up in paradise every morning! Luckily I have all of my photos to take me back to the beauty of Mexico. One of the things I have always admired about Mexican culture is the color! I am a huge lover of all things color. So with so many colorful things around me in Mexico, (i.e. the flowers, the buildings. my obsession with orange apparently),I was a very happy girl! My wardrobe definitely fit right in to my surroundings. From the photos you can see that the resort I stayed in loved orange just as much as I did! Orange I glad I stayed there! Tee hee- just a little orange humor for your Friday!    Everything I am wearing in this post are some of my closets' key pieces. If you follow me, then you have probably already seen my purse, my slides, my sunnies, or my hat in many previous posts. My orange panama hat that I actually bought in Panama, is one of my favorite hats that I have ever owned. I love the brightness of it because it adds an instant cool factor to any outfit I put it with. My sunglasses are just great because they actually fit my tiny face. Yes this is a problem in my life. The color of these slides is what really sold them to me and they are just so easy and effortlessly chic to wear around town or at home! And since I just went on and on about my love for color, the purse is a no brainer! LOL.      An off the shoulder top is always good to have whether its a basic or a little more fun like this striped peasant style one above. They are great for the summertime, for vacation, and nowadays, even for going out or events! I love the softness of the colorful stripes on the one above. Although it is no longer available, I have linked a few just like it above. Now I just have to wait a little while longer to be able to pull it out of my closet again. I am thinking for the spring/ summer months, I will pair it with overalls or a maxi skirt.     As always, thanks for dropping by and have a lovely weekend! ~ Nicole
