Sweater: old, favorites linked below :) // Skirt: Boohoo // Boots: CR // Backpack: F21

Although my oversized sweater is not available, I've linked some of my current favorites below:

1. Asos

2. Lost Ink

3. Guess

4. Asos

5. Ann Taylor

6. Shein

7. Yes Style   This one is a little more giraffe in my opinion- but hey!

It’s Monday and you know what? I AM feeling fierce for the week ahead! Heading to a fall wonderland tomorrow and then it's Thanksgiving with family and friends! My favorite holiday because food. Duh. Also looking forward to scoring some amazing black Friday deals! If anyone has any recommendations I would love to know! I will be posting what I find on my insta stories all week long so make sure you check frequently so you can score some deals with me too!

Exciting things to come and I feel like kicking butts and taking names in this oversized leopard sweater. The red lip leaves me feeling even more fierce, dare I even say ferocious! I’ve linked so many goodies above that I’m now playing with the thought of having more than one leopard sweater in my closet. If this one is oversized, then surely I need a normal size too right? Tee Hee.

Anyways lovelies, I hope you have the most amazing Thanksgiving/Black Friday/holiday week! And let me just leave you with what I am most thankful for this year: YOU ALL! Thanks for the continued support. It really does mean the most to me.

You’ll see me around these parts soon!

Happy Friday! Today I am sharing one of my favorite looks recently. This was worn a couple weeks back when the weather in Los Angeles was still blazing hot. Now that we are getting colder and closer to winter, this may not be as practical. But there are still ways to wear this lovely top. You can pair a light and bright colored sweater over it, letting the sleeves and bottom part of the shirt pop through to be seen. You could also add a long fur vest or fuzzy cardigan to keep warm in as well over this sheer blouse. Exchange sandals for boots and you've got a winning winter look. Think of your most spring top ( like this one above), and try to turn it into a new winter look. I love to do that! Hope to see you back soon! Thanks for stopping by!

P.s- Today I am going apple picking and I could not be more excited! Check out all the fall fun on my Insta Stories!

The pearl trend has been hot and poppin’ for a while now. It seems like everywhere I look pearls are making a statement but I gotta tell ya, I aint mad at it! Pearls used to feel so old ladyish, so sophisticated. But now they are all fun! And they are on practically everything. I am loving the pearl pant trend the most though How fun are these pants from Sans Souci? Love ‘em! Totally cute to dress ‘em up like above or go more casual and add a lace up sandal and crop top. For winter just add some sneakers and a chunky sweater! I’ve linked some more pant options for you guys HERE, HERE, & HERE- if you’re interested in giving this trend a go!

Thanks guys!

Trying Something New.... 11/08/17

IMG_3940-2.jpg

Hi guys! I have always struggled with scalp irritation. I am pretty sure I am allergic to every botanical known to man. I have very sensitive skin and basically all shampoos and conditioners end up causing my scalp to itch from an allergic reaction/irritation. I don't know if any of you experience this problem, but I am on a quest to solve it! I am trying two new products currently to review for you guys later. I have yet to find anything that really works so I'm giving these two products a try. Their claim to fame is that they are non irritating and good for the scalp. So stay tuned because I will be doing another post to tell you all about my findings and if I have finally found a winner for my hair and scalp needs! If  you guys are like me, then lets keep our fingers all crossed and hope that these products can really do what they say! Wish me luck!

Thanks for stopping by loves!

Happy Tuesday! The weather is getting colder and I’m not complaining one bit! I love wearing layers and getting all cozy! Because of the past heat wave here in Los Angeles though, I was able to wear flowy bright tops like this one above. This top has a lot going on to it so you have to be brave to wear it. There are ruffles, lace, lantern sleeves, and choker detailing. Oh my! This top I scored from one of my favorite websites- Shein.com. If you have followed along with me on my blogging journey thus far, then you know I am always talking about this website! Their items are so on trend and always at the best prices. Plus they usually have some promotion running that makes it even cheaper. YAY! Definitely head to their site to score some great pieces for your wardrobe. You wont regret it!

Thanks guys!

Bold colors have to be one of my little joys in life! Color brings me such happiness! So of course I fill my life and wardrobe with tons of it! This outfit combo is nothing short of bold and colorful! This striped top from Shein.com is actually a dress, but if you are at all busty then you must order a size or two up. If not, you will have to turn it into a tunic like I did above. I love ordering pieces for my wardrobe from Shein.com. Their selection is incredible and I find something new on their site daily. Make sure you check them out to score some killer pieces for your fall and winter wardrobes!

P.S- I am loving the color combo in this whole outfit. What do you think???

Corn mazes, pumpkins, and hayrides- oh my! That’s the fun of fall! Fall is one of my favorite seasons and for good reasons. All the things I love come with fall. Cold weather, warm drinks, boots & sweaters, and of course costume play and candy! Plus there is tons of good food, and feels up the ying-yang!

Last week I got the pleasure of traveling to Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark, CA.  The annual harvest festival was happening that day, so hay rides, getting lost in corn mazes, and pumpkins were of abundance. My thought of the day was: SO MANY PUMPKINS- SO LITTLE TIME! There were tons everywhere and of all shapes and colors! It was so exciting! I saw so many I had never even known existed! During the wintertime, they have a Christmas tree festival so I’ll definitely find my way back to this farm in December! Stay tuned! When it is not operating as a fall or winter destination, it is just your everyday farm- selling all different types of produce at amazing prices! I tried gooseberries for the first time and they were incredible and so fresh! Everything is coming right from the farm, so you can really taste the freshness at first bite. If you live in LA, or any of the surrounding areas and get a day off, make sure you head to this farm before the season is over. You wont regret it and you definitely won’t leave without picking up some pumpkins, fresh produce, or Indian corn for your fall tablescape!

Happy Fall!

Hi darlings! Happy Tuesday!  I am in love with these green mules. If you have been following me for a while now, then you know that I am a sucker for mules! I have ‘em in all colors and designs. I just picked up a pair of close-toed silver ones that I cannot wait to share with you guys! Already dreaming of the ways to style them for winter! But back onto these beauties today. First off, the color is the best part about these shoes besides the cute little fringe tassels. It is the perfect shade of green, not too bright but not too muted either. I’ve only worn these once since hurting my pinky toe (I broke it), but I can't wait to pair them with anything and everything! Is there a shoe that you are addicted to? One that you can’t stop buying or wanting? Mules for me-what’s yours? I’d love to know!

Thanks for checking in!

Hola lovelies!

It’s Friday-yippee! I am excited for the weekend! I’ll be heading to some sample sales this weekend, so check out my instastories to see what I scored! I will also be venturing down to Redondo Beach and out to Pasadena. What are you all up to? Hope no matter what, it’s fun!

Camo is sooooo in right now! Everywhere I look, camo is being sold. I love a good camo jacket, but right now I’m in love with this camo button down. Funny story, I actually bought it about a year ago, but never wore it because I thought it was too boxy and big, but one day I put it on, and now I cant stop wearing it as a open shirt jacket or buttoned boyfriend style top. I wasted a whole year on this great piece! Shame on me! You can pretty much pair camo with anything, which is why it is always a hit. I got mine at Forever 21, but many stores like h&m, Old Navy, and Nordstrom, have many available in different styles. I made my look one to be worn in Fall, but camo can also be worn year round. Another great reason to purchase one.

P.S.- How cute is this bag!? I am actually going to her sample sale this weekend, hoping to pick up more goodies like the one above!

Have a great weekend! Catch ya later!

Oooh I love fall and what better month to be in then October!? I am still waiting on my boots and sweater weather, but I feel it coming. One of the things I love most about fall besides the obvious things like pumpkin spice EVERYTHING, is the colors. The burgundy’s, the greens, and the oranges! This outfit just screams fall to me so I’m happy to be sharing it with you guys on the 2nd day of this new fall month!

This dress from Zara is absolutely gorgeous! I love that it is made of a metallic yarn so it shines bright no matter what the season or occasion. It is also very delicate and girly which I love in a dress of this type. It comes in another version at Zara.com as well, if you want a brighter stripe. Now onto velvet….

Velvet was the texture of last fall and it seems it is going for round two this year. This velvet bomber is the perfect fall jacket. The color is amazing and it pairs well with anything. Case in point -this metallic dress! I can’t wait to share some other velvet items and fall favorites!

See you guys soon!

Be well!

Although summer is technically over, the weather says different. I love everything about the fall: hot drinks, cozy sweaters, and of course the festive holidays! But until the weather makes a change, it wont officially feel like fall to me, so until then, I’m staying in my dresses and skirts.

This tiered maxi skirt is an oldie but goodie. Got it sometime last year, but recently I’ve been wearing it more and more. The three layered multi pattern tiers make this skirt a winner! I’m constantly asked where I scored this pretty piece, (Zara); no longer available but similar ones are out there waiting to be worn too. I linked an almost identical one above!

Can’t wait to get some content to you guys where I’m donning some cozier and fuzzier type garbs! I guess that’s why they say “endless summer”.

Have a great day!

Well friends’… good news is Mondays over, but there are still some days to get through before the weekend is here! Luckily I’ve got an all-new post for you guys! Being out in the desert, I always get some serious boho vibes. I love the simplicity of boho dressing but also the chicness that follows. Something about the boho style just always works at making flowy look fab! This dress is nothing short of that theory. It is actually a shirt that I turned into a dress (yes, VERY boho of me). Sometimes the oversized look just works. Especially when you’ve got a cute little shoe to tie the whole look together. I’ve been wearing these shoes on repeat. I love the brown suede, and the wrap detailing is a perfect way to dress up any and all outfits.

Have a great week lovelies!

Check back in soon!

Hi Friends! Haven’t been around these parts in awhile it seems. I have been very busy lately with traveling, work, and home life. Of course I love blogging and sharing my fashion styles and inspirations, but sometimes it feels good to take a little step back and gain some perspective. But I am happy to present to you today an all-new post featuring my favorite dress this summer and maybe of all time!

This dress is spectacular! There is not a bad thing that I can say about it. I love the linen material-perfect for summer and spring. The button down detailing adds some pizazz to the dress, which I love. I have also been looking for a button down dress for a while now- so yay! A win for my wardrobe! And the color is just (insert thumbs up emoji here). This dress comes in many different colors and designs so there is a choice for everyone. I highly recommend it. I know I am going to pick up another couple in red and white to wear into fall and the next spring and summer! As you can tell I’m rather excited about this dress!

Have the best day & come back soon!

Happy Wednesday y’all! This week is going by so fast because of the holiday and I ain’t mad at it! Only one more day till I’m relaxing in Palm Springs. Yipeeeeee!

I know everybody says you can’t wear white after Labor Day, but I absolutely- 100%- do not agree with that sentiment. White is a neutral and neutrals can be worn year round. And technically you’re always going to be after Labor Day, that’s just how the calendar system works! LOL!

This look is totally easy to re- create! Jean shorts, a white strappy top and some cute flats and you are ready to jam! I love these paper bag waist shorts because they are super on trend but they are also loose enough that I don’t feel constricted. They are also under $30 and super fab.

Keep on keeping on and don’t forget to rock your whites!

Thanks for checking in!

Hi my little bebes! Hope you are having the best Monday thus far! Today's look is brought to you by Shein.com. I love shopping at their site because I always find something I love at a great price. Finding the trends of today is so simple because they literally have everything! I always buy something that I am super satisfied with when I receive it because the quality is better than you would expect for the price. This striped top is something I recently got and it is under $20. The same shirt at somewhere like Zara, would probably start at $60 and go up from there! Yikes, that's steep! Luckily Shein.com is always there to have your back, literally! I suggest you all check out their site because items go fast and you don't wanna miss out on scoring some great pieces at great prices!

Hello!

Today I want to beat your Monday blues away by showing you guys this little gem hidden in the city of Los Angeles. It’s called Lake Shrine and it is a beautiful place! It is supposed to be a place to find calmness and serenity through meditation, but I went for the nature and floral sightseeing opportunities! I wore this white maxi dress, a perfect dress to spend the last bits of summer in! I am pretty sure everyone thought that I was doing some sort of wedding shoot while I was there. That would be a nice place to shoot if any of you are in need of a good idea for wedding photos.  Please take in the beauty that these photos have to offer and have yourselves the best Monday you possibly can! I am trying to do the same.

P.s. I linked in some very similar white maxi dresses above if you are in the market for one!

I love a good blouse! Always have, always will. When I saw this top from Topshop, I knew it had to be mine. The fact that it was on mega sale for $20 only added to my need to purchase it. Next thing I knew, it was arriving at my door!

When I received it, I was even more delighted with it in person. The color was much more vibrant and purple than described or pictured. The ruffles only added to the already fun print of the shirt. I had reservations that this shirt might be a little loud for me to wear, but quite the contrary, it's very tastefully executed.

This look above might be better suited for a night out on the town, but this shirt no doubt can be worn during the day dressed up or down. I think a cute denim mini skirt or some denim culottes are in this blouses future this summer. As I’m writing this, I am actually thinking about how I will pair it for work tomorrow. Hmm? OH! Btw, how fun, sparkly, and amazing are these wraparound sandals!? I’m in love! I just purchased a similar pearl flat pair from Forever 21! Can’t wait for y’all to see those babies!

Yay! It’s the weekend!!! Enjoy it, love bugs!

White & Red in Shein..... 08/7/17

Top: Shein // Pants: similar here // Shoes:similar here // Bag: similar here

White and red is a summer color combo that always works. Red always pops perfectly against a crisp white background. This top from Shein.com, has all my favorite details rolled into one great shirt! The side tie, the embroidery, the poufy sleeves, and the peplum style are perfect additions to a great color duo.

This summer seems like it is only just beginning. The weather is incredibly humid and hot in the city of angels lately. On this particular day it was about 90 degrees wearing this, and although the top is breezy, I do wish I had been wearing shorts rather than jeans. I do love the heat, but not when it is humid. I’m more of a dry desert heat kinda gal! I’m excited to take this top into fall with me because I think it will look great with a jean skirt and some over the knee high heeled boots. Maybe I’ll even throw on my favorite charcoal fedora! Oooooo, making my fall dreams come true already!

I have done a few collabs with Shein in the past and every time I receive their product I am always incredibly happy. The quality is always much more than I expect. And their price point is the best part about my shopping experience. I could buy an almost identical top at Zara for triple the price of Shein.com. So they are definitely a place to find all of my style steals! Don’t wait to make a virtual shopping trip to their online store soon, because styles don’t last long on their site. If you want it, you better get it! Head over to Shein.com and score some end of summer digs to send your summer off with a bang!

Hope your week is amazing, peeps!

The Museum of Ice Cream is an instagrammer/ bloggers dream. There are so many opportunities to take photos or boomerangs. As an avid lover of color, that is what really drew me in to the whole thing, I mean the building is cotton candy pink for pete’s sake! It may have also been the chance to dive into a pool full of rainbow sprinkles- my favorite ice cream topping of all!

Each room was differently themed throughout the museum, where I tried to take a picture in each to really show you guys. Gummy bears, popsicles, and bananas were just some of the subjects this museum had to offer. As far as my knowledge goes, this museum is sold out to October, which is when it is scheduled to close. But who knows, it may stay longer because of its LA popularity. Be sure to sign up for their ticket wait list if you are interested in going, that is how I was able to purchase mine a few months back!

Jumpsuits are really making a comeback in a big way. I am seeing them everywhere this summer, and lets just say that I have oodles building up in my shopping carts across various websites. I love them because they can be worn casual or dressy and are extremely versatile in ones wardrobe these days. Plus they are a complete look and outfit, which means less time getting ready! Score!

I chose to wear a comfy yet on trend outfit for my museum day! This champagne satin jumpsuit was a perfect pick for this hot day. It was light and breezy and kept me cool in the 90-degree weather. I added some crushed velvet mules in pink (of course), to bring some style and extra color to this museum of ice cream fun! I have practically bought all of my mules from Forever 21, these included, and they are always the most comfortable and stylish. If you are in the market for mules, don’t hesitate to check our their website for some great finds.

Going on little adventures like this is what makes me the happiest. I didn’t know what to expect really when going to this museum but it sounded fun and…… free ice cream. I’m looking into exploring more of my city this summer so stay tuned as my journey continues!

Thanks for stopping by my little loves!
